Moscow zoo Academy has presented its graduates with state certificates of advanced training for the first time.

Congratulations to the first Moscow zoo employees who received certificates of advanced training at the Academy.  They attended the course "Interaction with visitors in zoos", which was specially prepared for them and conducted by specialists of the psychological faculty of Moscow State University and the Humanitarian projects department of Moscow zoo.

The course participants have learned to resolve conflict situations, to communicate with different types of visitors competently, developed the basics of educational work and practiced their skills on the seminars.

The visitors come to the zoo to relax and get new knowledge along with new experience. In order to make the educational work more effective, a visit to the zoo should bring positive emotions to people. At the same time, zoo staff often face situations where some visitors violate safety rules, try to feed animals, take pictures of them with a flash, knock on glasses or otherwise worry the zoo inhabitants. The new course "Interaction with visitors in zoos" of Moscow zoo Academy is designed to help employees resolve such situations for the benefit of both visitors and animals of Moscow zoo.

Congratulations to our graduates!
